These terms govern the use of the Oferro platform (the website oferro.ro and the iOS/Android mobile applications) operated by Oferro SRL. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms in full.
"Oferro" or "we" - Oferro SRL, a Romanian legal entity. "Platform" - the oferro.ro website and the associated mobile applications. "User" - any person who creates an account or uses the Platform. "Partner restaurant" - restaurants that have signed a collaboration agreement with Oferro. "Offer" - the promotion, discount, or experience available through the Platform.
To use Oferro, you must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity. By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is correct and that you comply with these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Activities performed under your account are attributed to you. Notify us immediately at support@oferro.ro if you suspect unauthorized access.
Oferro is an intermediary that connects users with partner restaurants. We are not the provider of culinary services - each restaurant is responsible for the quality of its products and services. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the Platform with reasonable prior notice.
Offers are valid per the terms displayed on the Platform (period, days, hours, restrictions). Redemption is performed directly at the restaurant by presenting the unique code generated in the app. Codes are personal and non-transferable.
Payments for restaurant consumption are made directly at the restaurant, per its policy. Certain offers may require advance payment through the Platform - in this case, the amount is processed by PCI-DSS-certified partners and transferred to the restaurant per our collaboration agreement.
Bookings can be cancelled for free up to 2 hours before arrival, from the app. For pre-paid offers, cancellation within this term generates a full refund in 5-10 business days. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees per each restaurant's policy.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for illegal purposes; (b) create multiple accounts to repeatedly benefit from the same offer; (c) resell or transfer codes; (d) post offensive, false or defamatory content; (e) interfere with the technical operation of the Platform. Breaches may lead to account suspension.
Loyalty points are awarded at Oferro's discretion per the rules published in the app. Points have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire after 24 months of inactivity.
Reviews, photos or other content posted by you remain your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them within the Platform and in promotional materials. We may remove content that violates these terms.
All rights to the Platform - design, code, Oferro brand, trademark, editorial content - belong to Oferro SRL or to its licensing partners. You may not copy, modify or redistribute these elements without our written consent.
Oferro acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the quality, availability or accuracy of partner restaurants' offers. Our maximum liability, within the limits permitted by law, is capped at the value of the specific offer that generated the complaint. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or opportunity.
We may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these terms, suspicion of fraud or at the request of authorities. You can close your account anytime from settings or by emailing support@oferro.ro.
We may update these terms to reflect legislative, product or business model changes. We notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change. Continued use of the Platform after notice constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. For any dispute, jurisdiction is with the competent courts in Bucharest. For consumers, you also have the right to use the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
